House Of Weather

There’s nothing sexy about URL talk.

But, after beginning Weather in 2011, and the subsequent 8 years of trying on different .nets, .coms, .us, .earth and even trying a completely different name for a bit — WIIND — I landed on Houseofweather.com.

I resisted it for a couple years due to that naming conventions ubiquity in the world of luxury brands, and adjacent/kindred spaces such as art, design , and skate/BMX. But, then I thought, fuck it, who cares. In notes to myself over the years trying to make sense of what I felt was emerging with Weather I would often describe it as a house with no walls.

There are doors here, and rooms, but there are no walls…
